As part of our programme to engage with the BFM members and be more transparent, we are again giving members the opportunity to attend this year's AGM online. The notification of this will be posted on the website and advertised to members.

Notice is hereby given that the 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday 20th June 2023 at 10.00am to transact the following;

1. To receive and adopt the Directors' Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended 31st December 2022 and the report of the auditors therein.

2. To re-elect the following Directors for a two-year term; Brian Ahern, Mike Aramayo, Nichola Bell, Chris Everist, Chris Fort, Ian Oscroft.

3. To re-appoint Phipps Henson McAllister Chartered Accountancy as Auditors and to authorise the Directors to determine the Auditors' remuneration.
