Our UK division manufactures polyurethane foam focusing on bedding, upholstery, and medical markets.
Vita Cellular Foam UK LTD consists of a foaming plant in Middleton, Greater Manchester, three conversion sites, two bedding facilities and two non-polyurethane sites.
One of the primary facilities is a high-tech innovation centre in Middleton equipped to perform product testing activities such as multi-layer, durability, microclimate and spinal alignment testing, unique to us, this facility allows us to work with customers directly to assure we provide exactly what they need.
We have conversion sites, in Dukinfield and Bedford that fabricate and cut products to customers requirements and specifications. This involves operations such as rotary slitting, computer-controlled profiling, fabrication and cushion manufacturing.
We also have two facilities dedicated to bedding, TAOS (The Art of Sleep) and USLEEP. At these sites we can work with bedding customers to meet their exacting needs. Our Bed-in-a-Box team can offer a number of bespoke services from this site, including drop shipping and micro packaging.

Origin is our first step towards achieving a vision of a new generation of sustainable foams, each one using increased renewable content with less reliance on petrochemicals. By harnessing this renewable resource and using it to replace the petrochemicals traditionally used in polyurethane foam manufacture, Origin has a much smaller carbon footprint
Other products in our division include FRee: a TCPP-free combustion modified ether (CME) foam. It is more environmentally friendly, feels clean and fresh, has enhanced recovery and is fully compliant with UK flammability regulations. In addition, it shows no evidence of scorching in the foam block during production.
Reflex is our premium range of CM Ether foams continue to lead the market. The range of 'solid filler free' foams, covering densities between 18kg/m3 and 65kg /m3 is by far the widest available and continues to offer superior durability, recovery and service life over competition 'equivalents'.
ReVo™ is the cool alternative to conventional mattresses. The material offer maximum support force and an improved circulation of air for cooler sleeping conditions, with up to 30x higher air stream volumes than with a premium, viscoelastic mattress.
We also have Vasco which continues to be the UK's leading and most established memory foam brand.
Our medical grade foam Reflexion is only available from Vita Cellular Foams. Specifically designed for use in contract and healthcare seating applications where occupants are seated for long periods. Developed in conjunction with the medical profession, it delivers an increased user comfort through improved body posture and alignment.
